1. Scope of Services
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services provided by The Tallest Man In Town (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) to you, the client (“You”, “Your”). Our services include web design, development, and marketing (including Google Ads).
2. Web Design Process
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required upfront before any work commences. The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live.
- Revisions: Unlimited design revisions are included in the wireframe stage. Once the wireframe is approved (verbally or via email), any further major design changes (excluding text & image changes) will be invoiced at $165aud (ex-gst) per hour.
3. Google Ads
- Minimum Term: All new Google Ads campaigns require an initial minimum 4-month term. After pausing a campaign, a minimum 3-month term applies.
4. Website Hosting
- Minimum Term: Website hosting requires an initial 12-month commitment, followed by a month-to-month basis.
- Cancellation: A 10-business-day cancellation notice is required for website hosting. Any invoices triggered within this period will be due in full.
5. Early Termination
An early cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance applies to all services offered. We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion.
6. Payments
- Terms: All payments are due within 7 days. A 10% late fee will be applied to invoices outstanding beyond 14 days.
- Direct Debit: Monthly recurring payments under $3,000 require a direct debit setup.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with our work until full payment is received. Upon final payment, copyright for the website design transfers to you. We retain ownership of working files and unused design concepts.
8. Disclaimer
We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from marketing campaigns.
